This workshop explores the transformation already underway. Here is what the future of healthcare looks like.

Most conversations about AI in healthcare focus on tools: chatbots, diagnostics, automation, data and efficiency. Those are important — but they are not enough.
The deeper question is: What kind of healthcare future are we building?
This workshop is not a technical AI webinar. It is a future literacy activation where participants explore possible healthcare futures and translate insight into action.
The ability to explore multiple possible futures, challenge assumptions and ask better questions about what comes next.
Keeping patient dignity, ethical adoption and real human value at the center of
every AI decision in
healthcare.
Not just understanding the future — but deciding what you can do now, personally and collectively, to shape it.
Moving from reactive treatment to proactive, personalized health management with point-of-care innovation.
Healthcare is under pressure from rising costs, aging populations, workforce shortages, fragmented systems and growing uncertainty around AI.
At the same time, new technologies now make preventive, personalized and data-informed healthcare more realistic than ever.
Future Health University exists to help professionals explore this shift with clarity, responsibility and practical action.
Healthcare is under pressure from rising costs, aging populations, workforce shortages, fragmented systems and growing uncertainty around AI.

The future of healthcare is not AI replacing humans. It is humans, professionals, communities and AI working together to improve healthspan, prevention, access and quality of life.
Scenario thinking, AI deployment
and "what if" logic for navigating complexity.
How prevention, personal health data and new care models are converging.
Smarter, earlier and more personalized health interventions through AI-powered diagnostics.
From reactive medicine to proactive, point-of-care diagnostics and healthtech innovation.
Patient dignity, ethics, AI strategy and responsible adoption in clinical settings.
Translating future scenarios into personal and organizational next steps you can take now.
Understanding how healthcare may evolve and what choices we need to make today.
Moving from sickness treatment toward prevention, vitality and long-term quality of life.
Exploring AI, digital twins, predictive diagnostics, privacy, trust, governance and human judgment.
Turning ideas into pilots, use cases, learning journeys and ecosystem collaborations.

Instead of trying to predict one fixed future, we use Future Literacy to explore possible futures for healthcare, including AI deployment, prevention, personal health data and human-centered care.
This sets the stage for thinking differently and moving from uncertainty toward insight and action.
Michael Friebe shares his perspective on the future of health, with a focus on preventive healthcare, healthtech innovation and the shift toward earlier, smarter and more personalized ways of supporting health and care.
Sigrid Berge van Rooijen brings the human, ethical and patient-centered perspective: why healthcare needs to change, how AI can support better outcomes, and why dignity, trust, clinical reality and responsible adoption must stay central.
We close the core workshop by translating insights into practical questions and next steps. Participants are then invited into an optional interactive Q&A / afterglow with the panel to explore ideas, challenges and opportunities more deeply.
